While it may not be business as usual right now, Berri Eyecare is open to take care of your eye-related urgent care needs. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. I think I am having an urgent eye problem, what should I do?
A. We are offering Tele-Health appointments for urgent eye problems. Call us at (513) 683-8900 and Dr. Bernard will “see” you via a Tele-Health appointment. We can treat many eye-related problems via a Tele-Health appointment. However, some problems like foreign body removal, may require an in-person visit. We are following a strict pandemic protocol during in-person visits to ensure your safety.
Q. I need an eye exam, when can I get one?
A. As directed by the CDC and the Ohio State Department of Health we are postponing routine eye care until it is safe for our patients and team members. We will email our patients when we are re-opening. We hope to return to full operations by June 1st and are scheduling appointments now for June.
Q. I broke my glasses, what should I do?
A. Call or email us at email@example.com and we will hand-pick up to 16 frames for you to try on in the safety of your home. With a little ingenuity and your smart phone we will take all of the measurements needed to create your new eyeglasses. If your prescription is expired, no problem! When it is safe for an in-person eye exam we will update you prescription and revise your lenses at no additional charge within six months. For more information, call us at (513) 683-8900.
Q. My order is ready, how can I get it?
A. You can pick up your glasses or contacts curbside Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, just call us from the parking lot when you are here. Or we will happily ship them to you for free.
Q. I’m almost out of contacts, how can I get more?
A. Even if you are a little overdue for an eye exam, call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will order contacts for you and have them shipped directly to your home with FREE shipping on all orders.
